At Luck 99, every bet you place accumulates loyalty points. Level up from Bronze to Diamond and enjoy higher cashback, instant withdrawals, exclusive monthly bonuses, and personalised service you won't find anywhere else.
If you've been playing at Luck 99, you already know that every wager you place does more than give you a chance to win – it also automatically accumulates loyalty points. That is the foundation of the VIP Rewards Program Luck 99: a system designed specifically to reward loyal players who have become part of our community. Far more than a standard points programme, it's a recognition of your commitment as a member of Luck 99.
Our VIP programme is structured across five clearly defined tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with an increasingly rewarding set of benefits. There's no need to sign up separately for each tier; our system tracks your progress automatically and notifies you when it's time to level up. The process is transparent and fair – every MYR you wager counts.
Many players wonder — why should you care about VIP levels? The answer is straightforward: the benefits that come with each upgrade are real and genuinely worthwhile. Take Hafizuddin, a player from Selangor who has been playing at Luck 99 for a year. Once he reached Gold, his weekly cashback jumped from 10% to 15%, his daily withdrawal limit doubled, and he started enjoying faster processing times compared to regular members. The difference was something he genuinely felt.
For frequent live casino and slots players, the loyalty points program Luck 99 well worth it. Every RM10 you wager on slots earns 1 loyalty point. At Live Casino and poker tables, every RM20 earns 1 point. These points accumulate and can be redeemed for cash credited directly to your gaming wallet, or exchanged for tournament tickets that give you a shot at winning much bigger prizes.
One aspect that sets the VIP Programme apart Luck 99 from other platforms is transparency. You can check at any time how many points you've accumulated, how many more you need to reach the next tier, and exactly what benefits are waiting for you. No hidden conditions, no fine print standing between you and the rewards you deserve.
For Platinum and Diamond VIP members, Luck 99 goes a step further by providing a personal account manager. This means you have a dedicated representative who knows your gaming history, can help you find the bonuses that best suit your play style, and is always on hand to answer your questions promptly. This isn't your standard customer service – it's the kind of personalised attention you'd expect at a five-star casino.
VIP members also have special festive promotions to look forward to. During Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, and Malaysia's National Day, Luck 99 runs exclusive promotions for VIP members only — from double deposit bonuses and lucky draws to special gift packages. Diamond members in particular receive invitations to exclusive online events featuring significant cash prizes.
One of the most popular VIP perks is the Birthday Bonus. Every year as your birthday approaches, Luck 99 will automatically credit a birthday bonus into your account – the amount depends on your VIP tier, ranging from RM50 for Bronze all the way to RM1,000 for Diamond. It's our way of making your birthday genuinely meaningful.
What long-standing VIP members often say Luck 99 is the sense of community that exists among high-tier players. A dedicated internal forum for Gold members and above lets players share tips, strategies, and gaming experiences. This is more than just a betting platform – it's a community that grows together. This is where Malaysian players share their passion for casino, football, badminton, and all the entertainment that Luck 99 offer.
For players who are just getting started, our advice is simple: begin your VIP journey from day one. Every bet counts. You don't need to be a high roller to start enjoying the benefits – the Bronze tier already offers a worthwhile 10% cashback. And as you grow more comfortable and confident, reaching Diamond is only a matter of time. Luck 99 will always be there at every step of the journey.

Real experiences from Malaysian players who have enjoyed the benefits of the Luck 99 VIP programme.
"I've been a Gold VIP member at Luck 99 for over a year now. The 15% weekly cashback is genuinely worth it – last month alone I got back over RM400 just in cashback. What I appreciate most is the high withdrawal limit; no need to split things up when I'm cashing out a larger amount."
"Just hit Diamond last month — the instant withdrawals are a real game changer. I used to wait 15–20 minutes, now the money's in my Touch 'n Go within 3 minutes. My personal account manager is incredibly helpful too — he knows what games I enjoy and always keeps me in the loop on promotions that actually suit me."
"My Platinum birthday bonus – RM600 credited automatically, no need to ask for it. My friends on other platforms got nothing on their birthdays. The loyalty points system is easy to follow too – every time I play slots I know exactly how many points I'm earning. Transparent and fair."
